Rotation mode
A: Turn clockwise for 2 minutes for 76 minutes, repeat
B: Turn counterclockwise for 2 minutes for 76 minutes, repeat
C: Turn clockwise for 2 minutes and then rest for 6 minutes, rotate for 2 minutes and rest for 6 minutes in the opposite direction.
Repeat the above rotation
D: counterclockwise clockwise rotation, rotation for 5 minutes and then reverse rotation for 5 minutes for 3 hours
After 9 hours and 9 hours of rest, start rotating and repeating
